Programme

 

- A welcome speech was given by Monsieur Jacques SANTER, President of the Board of Directors, former Prime Minister and former President of the European Commission

 

- The Laudatio to the recipients and the presentation of the awards was followed by Monsieur Monsieur Gourdault-Montagne sharing some of his personal experiences of China and giving his views on the geopolitical situation of that region.
